Catnapping and the four month sleep regression

In this seminar Jo will discuss what happens at four months and why your baby’s sleep may go out the window. Jo will also discuss catnapping and give you some tips and tools to get through it and get your baby sleeping better day and night. Come armed with all your questions!

This online seminar with Jo will address that age old question: should my baby be sleeping better at night? Is your baby over six months and waking more than once a night?
