SO HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THE DUMMY?

There are two ways to get rid of the dummy: you can do it cold turkey or gradually. Both are totally okay and will still work. I favour the ‘cold turkey’ method because it doesn’t prolong the process and a young baby forgets they ever had a dummy in a day or two.

If your baby is over 6 months it may be easier to do the gradual method. Either way, with some consistency you will get there in the end.

This may all sound easier said than done and we understand, which is why we have a range of products and services that can help your baby stop needing the dummy and help you get a better night’s sleep.
