From three months to six months babies can get into a nice little routine. It is important to remember that babies have short sleep cycles that last about 40 to 45 minutes. If your baby has not learnt to sleep past one sleep cycle and is waking regularly at the 45 minute mark, now is a great time to teach them to sleep longer.
